A 22-year-old man has shared pictures of his incredibly youthful mother who often gets mistaken for his sister or even girlfriend.
Vietnamese man Jonathan Nguyen, from Los Angeles, has left thousands of people stunned after a series of photographs of his age-defying mother emerged online.
'Having a young Asian mom is great until you see someone your age shooting their shot at her,' Jonathan said in Australian Facebook group Subtle Asian Traits.
He credits her flawless complexion to exercising daily, avoiding processed foods and following a strict Keto diet - a low-carb, high-fat way of eating.
'To cut to the chase my mom is in her 40s. Her secret to not aging is dieting and exercising. She also has a skin care routine that I'm not to aware of,' Jonathan told Daily Mail Australia.

The post has attracted more than 14,000 'likes', and over 7,400 comments, with many demanding to know the secret behind her ageless appearance.
Others commented that his mother was the ultimate 'goal' while many revealed they initially assumed she was his girlfriend or sister.
'Woah. She's beautiful. Thought she was your girlfriend. Said to myself "what a beautiful couple". Lol,' one commented.'
Another said: 'Hopefully I look that good when I'm her age.'
'Your mum looks like your sister, what's her secret,' one asked, to which Jonathan responded: 'Lots of fruits and working out everyday.'
'She works out everyday, and won't eat any processed foods for the most part. (Keto diet),' Jonathan added.
Jonathan has been bombarded with countless questions about his mother's age, to which he repeatedly responded: 'It's a secret'.

His latest post comes just days after he shared his skincare regime on social media after suffering from severe adult acne.
'I have sensitive pale Asian skin that shows every single pimple and acne scar that can be seen from miles away,' he said.
'I really hope this helps….. so you don't have to go to your graduation ceremony, prom, college campus, and job looking the way like I did at those places.'
He washes his face with Clean and Clear 'blackhead eraser', Seacret facial cleansing milk, Burts Bees natural acne solutions moisturising lotion, Aveeno moisturiser and Sunday Riley acne treatment oil.
'Wash your face with room temperature water before warm - clean your face before opening your pores. Make sure your face towels and pillow cases are clean,' Jonathan said.
'A few diet recommendations: Stay away from Chips and Sugar - I was addicted to hot Cheetos which was the main cause of my acne.
'Drink water! Two litres of water should be enough depending on how active you are.'
