THE British summer this year is promising plenty of sun, which is great news for those betting on a staycation.

The property is available for around £225 a night, working out to £56.25 per person, but you will have to stay for a minimum of three nights.
Bijoux pad for two in Manchester – £32.50pppn
This studio apartment is great for couples.
It’s incredibly affordable, with nightly rates from around £65 – or £32.50 per person.
Plus, it’s within walking distance from attractions like Castlefield Roman Fort.
Coastal apartment in Falmouth – £38pppn
This two-bed penthouse apartment has a roof terrace with incredible views of the bay in Falmouth.
It’s just a short walk from the town centre as well if you need to pick up any essentials.
The apartment is available for around £152 per night, so for a group of four, it works out to £38 per person.
Seaview home in Saundersfoot – £12.40
This luxury home with hot tub and sea view is a real bargain.
It sleeps up to ten people and is available for around £124, or £12.40 per person.
There’s great access to the beach – and there’s even an outdoor shower where you can rinse off the sand.
