Johnny Depp looked noticeably slimmer as he attended the Richard Says Goodbye premiere during the 14th Zurich Film Festival at Switzerland's Festival Centre on Friday evening.
The Pirates Of The Caribbean actor, 55, who shocked fans with his 'gaunt' appearance earlier this year, graced the red carpet for the premiere of the drama film, where the star plays a terminal cancer patient.
Living up to his eccentric aesthetic, the screen star donned a classic black suit, tied in with a crisp white shirt and a blue patterned tie.

The 21 Jump Street actor continued to add touches of his signature style to his appearance as he opted for platform Oxford shoes and a striped flat cap.
This is not the first time Johnny has looked gaunt this year, as his frail appearance stunned and concerned fans in equal measure while touring Russia and Germany with band The Hollywood Vampires in April.
However, his loyal followers claimed his notable weight loss could be the result of his recent role as a terminal cancer patient in Richard Says Goodbye.

Two years later, the star reportedly lost a stone in under a month as he embarked on a lifestyle overhaul.
An insider told The Mirror at the time: 'He’s lost weight and is living a healthier lifestyle. He’s doing really well. He’s trying to shed the weight that he has put on over the last couple of years and he’s getting results.'

Earlier that day, Johnny looked drained as he answered questions at during the film event, shortly after breaking silence on domestic violence allegations by ex Amber Heard.
The actor opted for a monochrome outfit for the Q and A session about Richard Says Goodbye, donning a checkered beret, matching shirt and waistcoat.
Johnny's trip to Basel comes after his ex-wife Amber's attorney slammed his interview with GQ, in which the actor denied abusing her as 'outrageous.'

In his first interview about his 'volatile' marriage to the actress, Depp claimed his ex-wife's allegations had turned him from 'Cinderella to Quasimodo' in Hollywood.
He told the magazine he felt people looked at him differently after Heard alleged he 'violently attacked her' at their Los Angeles penthouse, allegations he denies.
But in a statement to Page Six in response to the piece, Heard's attorney said: 'It is outrageous that GQ never spoke to any of the multiple witnesses to Mr. Depp's physical abuse of Ms. Heard prior to publishing its article.

'If GQ had done even a basic investigation into Mr. Depp's claims, it would have quickly realized that his statements are entirely untrue.'
Depp and 32-year-old actress Heard divorced in January 2017 after she applied for a temporary domestic violence restraining order the year before. This was later lifted.
She claimed the couple had an explosive row and he threw an iPhone in her face, bruising her eye and cheek.
Explaining his side of the story for the first time, Depp told GQ: 'It hurts. The thing that hurt me is being presented as something that you're really as far away from as you could possibly get, you know? But to... To harm someone you love? As a kind of bully? No, it didn't, it couldn't even sound like me.

I never went out and spoke about the s**t.'
The Pirates of the Caribbean star said he felt his reputation crumbling beneath him as his failing marriage became increasingly public.
Comparing his fall from grace to the plight of The Hunchback of Notre-Dame protagonist, he said: 'Listen, I know I was never going to be Cinderella – I know this and accept it.
'But it felt like within a very, very short period of time that suddenly this version – for lack of a better word – of Cinderella had been immediately turned into the beast. He's Quasimodo. I could feel people look at me differently, because of the accusations towards you. '
