New photo Tim Robards reveals his 'marriage hack'

Former Bachelor Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich were married earlier this year in Italy.

And now the Neighbours actor has revealed his surprising 'marriage hack.'

The former Bachelor star revealed he has a handy trick for exercising with a wedding ring on, as he admitted: 'I was never much of a wedding ring man!'

The 36-year-old said he recently injured his knuckle as he performed a handstand and finds it hard to take off the ring if he exercises, due to a 'fat knuckle'. 

The chiropractor said he instead uses a silicon band to cover and protect the ring, which no doubt makes it easier for him to exercise with the ring on.   

'I'll admit I was never much of a wedding ring man as I am always training and having to take it on and off,' Tim said. 

'I'd probably just keep it for special occasions.'

'This ain't a plug, I don't know what the name of it is, but it's a silicon band that you put over your ring,' he said.

'It is pretty good for training.'

He said he boxed with it on, did chin-ups and ring work without an issue.

'That is my little marriage hack,' he said, after joking that he hoped he hadn't got anyone in trouble.
