Pippa Middleton is expected to give birth in the same hospital as sister Kate - after being spotted visiting the £7,500-a-night Lindo Wing with husband James Matthews.
The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister, 35, is thought to be due to give birth to her first child later this month.
Pippa confirmed she was pregnant in her Waitrose column in June, where she admitted she was 'lucky' to not suffer from the same severe morning sickness condition as her sister.
The birth of her first child will come just six months after Kate, 36, welcomed her third child Prince Louis in April.

Play with prints like Pippa in a shirt dress by Kate Spade
Pippa Middleton certainly isn't slowing down in the run up to the arrival of her baby. If anything she seems to have taken her style game to the next level!
We love her navy coat by The Fold, which she teamed with Ray-Ban sunglasses, Jimmy Choo trainers and a bag by Aspinal. But just a glimpse of the shirt dress underneath the coat was enough for us to fall in love with it!
It's by Kate Spade and actually features cute foxes printed all over it, which makes a refreshing change to classic florals. The flared skater shape is both super flattering and perfectly accommodates her bump. Winner! Click (right) to buy it now at Nordstrom.

Pippa and husband James, 43, were spotted visiting the exclusive Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, which is close to their £17million Chelsea mansion, on Tuesday.
The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to all three children at the hospital, posing outside the doors of the wing shortly after each birth.
The hospital is known for going above and beyond to provide a premium service for its discerning clients.
Patients are each given a private room with their own en suite bathroom, as well as satellite TV offering 'major international channels'.

Gourmet food is also available via the wing's extensive menus, while new parents are also offered a wine list - including Champagne - to celebrate their new arrival.
A standard room at the Wing would cost parents £5,900, while a deluxe room starts at £6,275.
The price for a stay in one of the unit's suites - where Kate believe to have given birth - is available on request, but it thought to be closer to £7,500.
Pippa appears to have taken her pregnancy in her stride, keeping up her fitness regime throughout.

She recently also revealed how she had turned to meditation to help her maintain her calm as she prepares to welcome her first child into the world.
Writing in her Waitrose Weekend column, Pippa explained: 'I signed up to a beginners’ meditation class recently to master the tools essential for performing it effectively.
‘This involved learning to meditate twice daily, ideally for 20 minutes, chanting a mantra, while sitting upright, eyes closed and focused.
‘Our teacher stressed that we should ensure we always make time for this because there’s always an excuse not to.’
She previously revealed how she had been turning to barre-style workouts and swimming during pregnancy.
