Mark Little has been confirmed as the eighth celebrity contestant on the forthcoming series of Dancing On Ice.
The Australian actor, 58, best known for his role as Joe Mangel in long-running soap Neighbours, was announced during Thursday’s Build Series in London.
'How exciting this is! My skating is pretty rickety,' he said after confirming his participation in the returning show.

His confirmation comes after Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton was announced as the seventh contestant to take part in the forthcoming series of Dancing On Ice.
The singer and dancer’s participation in the celebrity talent show was announced on Thursday’s edition of Good Morning Britain.
'I guess the cat's out of the bag,' she said. 'I'm so excited, I can't wait to see you and I can't wait to do some skating for you!'

Former England cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, 40, was announced as the sixth star to join the ITV show hosted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Talksport Radio on Wednesday.
On taking part in the show, Ryan said: 'I’m immensely excited, it’s obviously something totally different, massively out of my comfort zone.
'I’m just going to enjoy the ride, I don’t take myself too seriously. I’m going to embrace it, enjoy it, and have a laugh and a giggle along the way.'

Ryan will be getting his skates and sequins on to compete alongside eleven other celebrities in the quest for glory, under the watchful eye of the skating legends Torvill and Dean, who head up the judging panel.
Each week the twelve celebrities will skate live with their professional partners in a bid to impress both the panel and the viewers, who will ultimately decide who wins the show.
Ryan's signing comes after Saira Khan was confirmed to join the show during Loose Women on Tuesday.

Brian, 38, was announced a little after James, in a pre recorded message on Lorraine.
On joining the show, Brian said 'I'm very excited. I've already been practising out the back garden on my rollerblades and my mum says I'm a one man Torvill and Dean.'

Revealing that she's always dreamed of twirling around the ice, Gemma added: 'As a young girl my brother used to play ice hockey so I was at the rink a lot.
'I remember seeing some white boots in the shop and asking my mum to be a skater but she said "No, you're doing dance and drama and singing, you're not doing any more, we can't afford it." So I never got those white boots.'
Nerves: She added: 'I heard you shape up on the show, I might come out with a dream body!', to which Richard insisted 'You look good now!'

And despite Gemma quipping: 'Now I'm about to pull out of the show', Richard revealed he's not feeling overly-confident.
Ready to hit the ice: Whilst Gemma is a novice, Richard admitted he's got a lot of skating experience. He revealed: 'I grew up in Sweden so I used to skate out there'
'I can skate but I normally dance on dry land,' he said, 'dancing and skating are two different things. I can move, I can shake my stuff.'
A host of famous faces, including Jane Danson, Emma Atkins, and Brian McFadden, have been rumoured for the show but Phillip Schofield - who hosts Dancing On Ice with Holly Willoughby- ruled out one name.
Reading out a list of rumoured hopefuls, he commented: 'Rylan Clark-Neal - Rylan will never do it, he can skate but he's always said he'll never do it.'
