They've been together for 32 years and engaged for 11 - and Pogues' singer Shane MacGowan finally made an honest woman of Victoria Mary Clarke on Monday.
The bride, 52, wore a long orange dress with a floral headdress and carried matching flowers, while Shane, 60, looked smart in a suit as he posed for pictures alongside A-list actor Johnny Depp and a host of guests.
Shane has been wheelchair bound, on and off since a bad fall damaged his back a few years ago. He has a well-documented history of drink and drugs and famously got his teeth fixed in 2015 after losing the final one in 2009.

There's the ring: Wheelchair bound Pogues' frontman Shane MacGowan, 60, tied the knot with his girlfriend of 32 years, Victoria Mary Clarke, 52, at Copenhagen City Hall on Monday - they were engaged for 11 years

Low-key: The couple had planned to have a secret ceremony together but realised that their close friends wanted to be there for them - including A-lister Johnny Depp, who played the guitar during the ceremony
Depp, 55, Shane's friend of more than 20 years, played the guitar for the couple during the low-key ceremony, which was held at Copenhagen City Hall.
Johnny appeared on Shane's 1994 album, The Snake. He directed and appeared in the video for That Woman’s Got Me Drinking. Depp also put in a performance at the singer's 60th birthday in Dublin earlier this year.
Speaking to the Irish Independent, journalist and bride Victoria said ahead of the couple's big day: 'Shane and I are both introverts and we decided that the only solution was to just elope together to someplace that we know nobody and nobody knows us, and keep it a secret.

'But I have discovered something about weddings that I had not realised. People really, really want to show that they love the people that they care about.
'So, much as we might have liked our wedding to be a non-event, and because we have found it impossible to keep it a total secret, a few of our friends and family have elected to make it a tiny but beautiful thing.'
Meanwhile, the relationship between Shane and his loyal girlfriend is set to be made into a film, with Johnny thought to be in the running to play the singer.
