While Khloe lay in bed inhaling gas and air, Kim emerged from the bathroom to see Tristan at her sister's bedside shortly before she raised a finger to her throat in a threatening gesture before Khloe demanded they greet one another.

The current season of KUWTK shows Khloe and her family finding out that Tristan cheated on Khloe with multiple women while she was pregnant earlier this year. The scandal unfolded just days before she gave birth to their daughter True in April.
'I'm so relieved that we made it,' Kim said in a confessional video after arriving in Cleveland to be at her sister's side. Despite her relief at being able to 'help' Khloe with the delivery, things were frosty with Tristan.
As the Good American mogul had a big contraction, Tristan was seen at her bedside holding her hand. The NBA star had just been caught on tape stepping out with several other women while Khloe was nearing the end of her pregnancy.
But, despite that, cameras were rolling just days later in the hospital as the 34-year-old held hands with the philandering father of her baby.

She continued: 'As much as I want to go off, I just don't think it's the time. So I'm gonna keep it cute.' Kim explained that her focus was all about Khloe: 'I don't have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her.'

Sources close to the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player revealed that Khloe watched the episode before it aired and Tristan refused when she asked him if he wanted to view it with her.
Khloe has stood by her man and chosen to forgive him but revealed last week it's been uncomfortable and emotional reliving the heartbreak on the new season.
