Will the I’m A Celebrity 2018 contestants skydive into camp this year?

It hasn’t yet been confirmed how the stars will enter the I’m A Celeb jungle.

But if the show follows the format of recent years it’s likely that it will involve a skydive from a plane or helicopter.

In 2017 the stars were put into pairs – one had to do a separate task while the other completed a tandem parachute jump from a helicopter.

It was up to the celebs on the ground to radio to their buddies so they could co-operate and win meals for camp.

In 2014 Towie star Gemma Collins refused to do the skydive from a helicopter and lasted 72 hours in camp.

The other option for celebs to enter camp is via canoe which can come with its own perils.

In 2016 Larry Lamb had to rescue Scarlett Moffatt when her canoe capsized.

To achieve her kick-ass figure, Hayden – who plays cheerleader Claire Bennet in Heroes – follows the ‘quartering’ rule. She eats only a quarter of the food on her plate, then waits 20 minutes before deciding whether she needs to eat again.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”

Kim says: “I am no super-thin Hollywood actress. I am built for men who like women to look like women.”
