THE name of Britain’s youngest terrorist will remain a secret for the rest of his life, a High Court judge has ruled.
Dame Victoria Sharp said identifying him would “make him vulnerable to exploitation and potential re-radicalisation”.

The lad from Blackburn was just 14 when he sent messages encouraging Australian jihadist Sevdet Besim to behead a cop in Melbourne, Australia.
She added his family would be at “significant risk of attacks or retaliation”.
The lad, 18, known only as RXG from Blackburn, was just 14 when he sent messages instructing Australian jihadist Sevdet Besim, 18 at the time, to decapitate a cop during a parade in Melbourne in 2015.
He had been recruited online as “organiser and adviser” by IS.

He was jailed for a minimum of five years in 2015 after admitting inciting terrorism overseas at Manchester crown court.
The ban on identifying him made then would normally expire on his 18th.
But Dame Sharp said his case was “exceptional” and keeping his identity under wraps was “necessary and proportionate”.
