"Many Photos" - Ant McPartlin is set to face an awkward run-in with ex-wife Lisa Armstrong at the TV BAFTAs

His divorce settlement with his ex-wife has reportedly reached a deadlock amid claims she refuses to sign a NDA.

And Ant McPartlin, 43, is set to face an awkward run-in with former partner Lisa Armstrong, 42, during the British Academy Television Awards ceremony in May.

Alongside Declan Donnelly, 43, the TV presenter has been nominated for prizes in the Entertainment Performance and Entertainment Programme categories , while the make-up artist has bagged an Entertainment Craft Team nod.

The event will mark the troubled host's first award show appearance since his drink-driving shame last year.

If Geordie star Ant attends the ceremony with his girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett, 42, the show will also serve as the first time Lisa and his new love will come face-to-face publicly.

The I'm A Celeb presenter has been honoured for his performance on Saturday Night Takeaway, while Lisa has scooped her prestigious nomination for her work on Strictly Come Dancing.

Ant's personal issues saw him sit out the last few episodes of Britain's Got Talent 2018, as well as Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, last spring.

In August, it was revealed ITV hit show Saturday Night Takeaway, presented by Ant and Dec pair since 2002, has been cancelled until 2020.

During his break from his TV duties, Holly Willoughby, 38, filled in for the star on I'm A Celebrity as she starred alongside Dec, 43, in the jungle.

The troubled presenter first sought rehab treatment in June 2017 after becoming addicted to prescription drugs and alcohol following a botched knee surgery in 2015.

He entered rehab for a second time in March last year after he was involved in a three-car collision in Richmond and was discovered to be over the limit behind the wheel.

Ant pleaded guilty to drink-driving in April and he received a record-breaking £86,000 fine, as well as a 20-month ban from driving.

The TV presenter, who has since found romance with former PA Anne-Marie, allegedly insisted that he will give his former wife her share of his multi-million pound fortune and has made several formal offers.

However, according to The Sun, insiders close to Lisa have since suggested that the make-up artist is yet to receive a formal offer from Ant's team regarding a settlement.

Lisa was granted a decree nisi in October; however, talks have apparently reached a stalling point following the end of their 12-year marriage.

The publication reported that the former couple's lawyers will meet soon at an arbitration hearing in a bid to bring the chapter to a close.

A source said: 'It's hit rock bottom. It's like Brexit. There's no deal, no way forward and lots of bickering. It could eventually be decided by the courts.

'All Lisa wants is for a deal to be done so that she can move on with her life. But she feels she's been left in limbo. She says no one from Ant's side has made a formal financial offer.'
