Mick Jagger has been spotted flashing a smile in Miami just one day after the Rolling Stones were forced to postpone their latest tour following his mystery health concerns.
The 75-year-old was joined by his bandmates on Sunday on the balcony of an oceanfront hotel in Miami Beach where he is recuperating following the news of his illness.
Jagger and the band revealed a day earlier that doctors had advised him not to go on the tour, which was due to start on April 20 in Miami.
The rock icon had undergone a routine scan that alerted doctors to an unexpected issue that could require hospital treatment.

Despite being ordered to rest, Jagger is said to have told friends he 'feels great' and that he is already 'bored' of taking it easy, sources told The Sun.
'He's massively frustrated, he wants to be getting back out there and at this moment in time he's feeling absolutely fine,' the source said.
'Of course he has taken the medical advice on board, but he looks after himself well and feels totally capable at this moment in time.
'He's optimistic he won't be laid up for long and at the moment he's just hanging out in Miami with the other guys.'
In addition to his bandmates, Jagger is joined in Miami by his 32-year-old girlfriend Melanie Hamrick.

News of Jagger's mystery condition was revealed on Saturday when the band issued a statement about postponing the U.S. tour.
'Mick has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time, as he needs medical treatment,' the statement read.
'The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible.'
The illness was detected during an exhaustive medical all the band members undergo prior to tours.
Jagger, a father of eight, also apologized in a tweet on Saturday.
'I'm so sorry to all our fans in America and Canada with tickets.
'I really hate letting you down like this. I'm devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can.
'Once again, huge apologies to everyone.'

The Stones' No Filter Tour was expected to start April 20 in Miami.
Other stops included Jacksonville, Florida; Houston; the New Orleans Jazz Festival; Pasadena and Santa Clara in California; Seattle; Denver; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Foxborough, Massachusetts; East Rutherford, New Jersey; Chicago; and Ontario, Canada.
Tour promoters AEG Presents and Concerts West advise ticketholders to hold on to their existing tickets because will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
The tour is expected to be pushed back about a month.
The Stones' were forced to postpone their 2014 tour of Australia and New Zealand after Jagger's girlfriend L'Wren Scott died by suicide in her New York apartment.
In 2016, Jagger pulled out of a show in Las Vegas owing to what was described as 'bad laryngitis'.
