ADELE has been spotted wearing a £2,500 coat in New York City after The Sun revealed that her estranged dad earns just £50 a day as a Yodel delivery driver.
The 30-year-old star was pictured looking glamorous as she glanced down at her phone in the pricey ensemble.
The mother-of-one is wearing an eye-catching Balenciaga checked coat, which features quirky quilted sleeves and costs an eye-watering £2,525.
She has teamed the look with a navy scarf and stunning gold-tipped ankle boots.
Adele, who is worth around £140million, has her hair slicked back in a chic updo and appears to be wearing heavy make-up for the outing.
The photos come amid speculation that Adele is working on her fourth album after she was spotted at a New York recording studio earlier this week.
Yesterday, The Sun revealed that the multi-millionaire singer’s father, 55-year-old Matt Evans, earns as little as £50 a day delivering packages.
The Sun snapped the reformed alcoholic on his rounds near Cardiff on Wednesday.
Mark left Adele’s mum Penny when the singer was three years old, and he was hardly around as she grew up.
