New photo Sead Kolasinac is Arsenal’s weakness at the back says ex-defender Martin Keown

MARTIN KEOWN claims Sead Kolasinac is Arsenal’s biggest weakness – because he doesn’t want to defend.

Kolasinac made his first appearance of the season as the Gunners secured a 3-0 Europa League win against Qarabag.

The result in Azerbaijan meant Unai Emery’s side have now won eight consecutive matches in all competitions as they continue to adapt to his methods.

But ex-Arsenal defender Keown says the kind of display Kolasinac gave is a huge concern because he left the side vulnerable at the back.

“Kolasinac was a problem,” Keown said on BT Sport.

“We’re just looking here at the defensive responsibilities and he gets done there with one ball because his body shape is wrong.

“He’s not in line with the rest of his team and he looked very vulnerable.

“Kolasinac is a player that wants to go forward but he doesn’t want to defend.

“He really was a weakness for Arsenal.

“But he’s not been in with the group, he’s not played in the back four.

“He’s not picked up the message of what the manager is looking for.”

Kolasinac, 25, has missed the first two months of the season with a knee injury and is still working his way back to full fitness.

So it is unlikely he will be in Emery’s starting line-up when they take on struggling Fulham on Sunday.

The Gunners go into the match in peak morale after they produced an efficient display to make it two wins out of two in the Europa League.

Goals from Sokratis and teenage pair Emile Smith-Rowe and Matteo Guendouzi were enough to secure the win despite Qarabag causing a series of problems to the Arsenal defence.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”
