New photo AFLW star Moana Hope's sister reacts to the news she is engaged

AFL star Moana Hope said 'yes' to her girlfriend Isabella Carlstrom after the brunette beauty popped the question on Thursday.

But it was her sister's reaction to the couple's engagement that has warmed the hearts of fans.

On Friday, the 30-year-old athlete shared a video of the incredibly sweet moment her sister Lavinia found out she was getting married.

In the clip Lavinia is seen embracing her sister's beautiful fiancée.

'Oh my god, no one told me,' she says to Isabella.

The model tells her that the couple were keeping it a secret before they revealed the news to their family.

'Are you engaged now - where is your ring?' Lavinia asks.

On Thursday, Moana took to Instagram to announce the exciting news of the couple's engagement and a picture of the moment her stunning Swedish partner got down on one knee.

The proposal took place at the cemetery where the Collingwood star's late father was buried.

'I told her that if she ever wanted to Marry me she had to ask my dad... So she asked me to marry her at my dad's tombstone, so he was there when she asked me,' Moana wrote in the caption. 

'It could never ever get any more perfect than this.... I said yes. Wedding bells are here. (Excuse the pun) @isabellasofiacarlstrom #engaged #happyplace #bellbell #lockeddown,' she added.

Isabella also took to Instagram to share the news, along with a photo of the couple sharing a sweet kiss.

The stunner also created a heart shaped display made of rose petals, with a box of sweet treats, Veuve Clicquot champagne and two flutes to celebrate.

The couple have been together for almost two years, according to The Herald Sun. 

Many of the Survivor Australia contestant's fans welcomed their happy news, congratulating the couple and wishing them the best.

In June, Moana told The Daily Telegraph that she and her sister, who has the neurological disorder Möbius syndrome, have never been apart until she signed up to film Survivor Australia.

'I've never spent time away from her,' the footy player told Confidential before filming on the reality show began. 

Möbius syndrome is an extremely rare congenital neurological disorder, and sufferers experience facial paralysis, the inability to move their eyes from side to side or properly form facial expressions.
