AS Deontay Wilder adds up the digits for a mega payday against Anthony Joshua, he has already nailed it on a speaking tour of Britain.
The USA’s unbeaten WBC heavyweight king destroyed Good Morning Britain weather presenter Alex Beresford in an impromptu thumb-war.
Wilder insists he is still willing to fight Anthony Joshua despite the Brit’s shock loss of his three world titles to portly Andy Ruiz Jr.
And the Bronze Bomber showed he also has a gold finger for star quality in the studio when he locked thumbs with Beresford in a hand-sized square ring.
The TV celeb put up a better fight than some of Wilder’s 41 victims in the bigger ring – 40 sent packing by knockout – but despite all Beresford’s wriggling resistance the result was never in doubt.
The only bout Wilder has not won was a draw with Tyson Fury, who many observers felt deserved to have triumphed despite twice being downed.
And now Wilder, 33, is targeting Joshua. although much of the Londoner’s stardust slid away along with his crowns when Ruiz Jr pulled off an all-time great upset.
Wilder said: “People ask me if I will fight AJ and I say a loss is not the end of the road.
“There is enough room for everyone to get in with everyone and before I retire I want to say I was in with the best.”
But he admitted he could still fight Ruiz first – especially as both yanks are advised by fight mogul Al Haymon.
Wilder added: “In boxing, anything is possible, me and Andy are on the same team so it would be very easy to make that fight.
“Boxing can look set to go in one direction but it can go down another. I am open to all possibilities.”
Wilder also insisted Dillian Whyte should be given a third chance – if he is found guilty of a second doping offence.

Brixton’s Whyte was reportedly found with two illegal substances in his body before Saturday’s win over Oscar Rivas.
Wilder, though, said: “I believe in second chances but sometimes people get that second chance wrong and do need a third strike, like baseball.
“The third one should be a lifetime ban.”
