"Many Photos" - Officer posted ‘hubba hubba hubba’ on Instagram photo of waitress he convinced to wear his police uniform

A MARRIED PCSO persuaded a waitress to wear his uniform then followed her on Instagram and wrote “hubba hubba hubba” on one of her photos.

Julian Randall-Stratton, 45, sent “inappropriate and flirtatious messages” to four women — one aged just 17 — a court heard.

One was sent a link to an Ann Summers sex shop with a “wink” emoji.

Three of the women were waitresses at a Toby Carvery in Hemel Hempstead, Herts, which he often popped into for a chat on his beat.

He talked one waitress into putting on his hat, vest and sunglasses before taking photos of her.

The waitress told Luton crown court she felt “uncomfortable” about the photos and was upset when Randall-Stratton posted a snap of her on his Instagram account.

Randall-Stratton was arrested and suspended after another women he met in the course of his work complained about him.

He sent her a message stating “Do You Like Me? Yes, No, Maybe.”

She replied: “Men like you make me sick. Stop messaging me.”

Douglas Page, prosecuting, said the PCSO’s messages — sent between January 2017 and April 2018 — were “flirtatious and of a sexual nature”.

Randall-Stratton, of Hemel Hempstead, also gave waitresses lifts and once insisted on buying two of them breakfast.

He denied misconduct in public office but was found guilty. He will be sentenced next month.

After the hearing, Herts Assistant Chief Constable Bill Jephson said: “His conduct fell woefully short of the high standards of integrity and be- haviour the public expect from their police service.”
