THE moment an 11-year-old girl was dragged out of a car, beaten and then thrown onto the ground by a woman in random attack has been caught on CCTV.
In the video, a woman is seen standing next to a truck at a petrol station when she is confronted an attacked by 18-year-old, who police in Florida said is Julia Napiontek.
In the footage Napiontek begins punching Tersa Elghali and then drags her 11-year-old daughter out of the red pickup truck..
The child is thrown to the ground as her mother tries to protect her on tarmac of the Circle K petrol station carpark in Silver Springs, Florida.
The woman’s boyfriend, Jason Ellis, can also be seen on the ground by the pickup.
Meanwhile another female who was in the back of the pickup gets out and tries to intervene but is dragged to the ground by Napiontek.
Ellis said after he saw the commotion from inside the petrol station, he walked outside and was also attacked.
“I’m turned around and I’m walking back toward the truck and I’m getting attacked,” Ellis told WKMG.
At the end of the video, the terrified 11-year-old can be seen running through the petrol station.
Marion County Sheriff’s Office said: “The victims told deputies that they did not previously know their attackers, and that there was no motive for the confrontation.
“During the altercation, Defendant Napiontek pulled the 11-year old girl out of the truck and battered her.”
The sheriff’s office said using surveillance footage from the store deputies “easily identifed the assailants” and both were taken to Marion County jail.

Napiontek has been charged with Battery and Aggravated Child Abuse, and Clanton was charged with Battery and Simple Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.
Clanton was out on bond at the time of this attack for a separate approached a 17-year old stranger in a convenience store and violently struck him multiple times, said the sheriff’s office
The teenager needed seven stitches on his face because of the unprovoked attack.
