APPRENTICE reject Sarah Byrne has revealed that facing Lord Sugar was more terrifying than her topless scene in Shameless.
The 29-year-old former glamour model, who was the first to be fired, played Meena Karib in the Channel 4 hit show and stripped off for an X-rated scene.
She told the Mirror: “When I did Shameless, I had to go topless. It was nerve-wracking but it was a closed set. It was definitely more scary facing Lord Sugar in the boardroom.”
Sarah quit her modelling career to set up her own children’s acting academy in Manchester two years ago.
She admits that when she applied for The Apprentice, she was asked about her topless scenes in the Noughties and said the production team were “supportive”.
Sarah added: “I knew they would come up again once I appeared on the show. But I embrace my pictures. I’d like to think Lord Sugar would have been open-minded about them.
“I won’t do them again now but I would do nudity if it was in another acting role. Sometimes that’s part of being an actress, to have to get naked or do a sex scene.”
She clashed with project manager Jasmine on the BBC show, and believes the altercation sealed her fate in the boardroom.
Speaking to The Sun Online about getting the boot, Sarah said: “After the disagreement with me and Jasmine, I knew I was going back into the boardroom.
“I made it easy for her by having that disagreement I think.

“I should have had the confidence to put myself forward for sub-team leader, I think that would have kept me out of trouble and I could have overseen it rather than going in there like a bull in a china shop.”
Sarah has a four-year-old daughter named Sadie with Shameless co-star Jody Latham.
The pair were engaged before their split in 2016 when Jody, 36, was handed a restraining order after admitting harassment.
She says they are now on good terms for the sake of their child and work well at “co-parenting”.
