A Christmas car parking stand-off escalated so badly a huge queue of angry shoppers became trapped in a multi-storey - behind one woman guarding a space.
The determined woman refused to budge from the spot to let someone else have it in Victoria Square car park in Belfast.
She stood for more than fifteen minutes as a long line formed behind her and cars honked their horns.
Two drivers, one in a silver car and another one in a red car, both attempt to get in the space but stop short of hitting the woman who will not move.
Other women, one brandishing a roll of wrapping paper, exchanged heated words with the woman in a jacket and jeans as they attempted to force her to budge.
Instead, she stood arms-folded, in front of the spot, appearing to be saving it for someone.

The person who made the footage, said to have been shared on Snapchat, wrote: 'They literally are fighting over this space.'

Elsewhere there was further scenes of chaos in car parks around the country as the last minute Christmas rush began.
Video emerged of a blue Citroen hitting cars while people slam shopping trolleys into it outside a Tesco in Rickmansworth, Herts.
The driver who was allegedly involved in an altercation in the store is chased out by people, including a man with a golf club.
The car is battered, the back window smashed in and the wing mirror ripped off, but the male driver and a female passenger get away.
One person was said to be seriously injured as the car fled.
