Love Actually fans have been left gobsmacked over Hugh Grant's outfit blunder in the Christmas 2003 movie, after a clip was unearthed on social media.

Hugh Grant, who plays the handsome newly elected British prime minister David, changes his tie when his character enters Number 10.

In the sequence of the well-loved movie that has shocked fans, the dashing actor, now 58, swapped his tie from a navy blue to another blue tie with spots.
