MESUT OZIL took saviour Sead Kolasinac under his wing at Arsenal and became best buds who party together with their wives.
When Kolasinac moved from Schalke to the Emirates in 2017, Ozil promised help and support to the new boy.

The German said: “If he has any questions, my door is always open to him. As a new player, you want to know about where you can live, what you can do, which restaurants are good.”
Two years on, and Ozil and Kolasinac were stood outside one of those restaurants yesterday, relaying to police how they had been attacked by knife-wielding moped thugs.
The pair, along with Ozil’s wife Amine, fled to the Likya restaurant in North London after masked carjackers chased them for a mile down Golders Green Road at high speed.
Ozil will have been pleased with the bond he formed with Kolasinac, given the Bosnian defender leapt from the £100,000 Mercedes and fought off the armed attackers with his bare hands.
GUNNER BE PALS
From strangers to lifesavers, the two men have become best friends in the past two years.
When the Gunners announced Kolasinac’s arrival to the club, Ozil got on the phone to former team-mate Julian Draxler to find out what he was like.
By December last year they had formed a friendship that saw the left-back fiercely defending his pal.
He spoke publicly about the World Cup winner’s importance to the team both on and off the pitch.
Kolasinac said: “Mesut’s not the sort of player who will scream at you in public just to show the people on the outside that he tries to push us on.
“He’ll speak in the dressing room, he’ll go to every player individually. With his quality, he brings a lot to this team. He’s very important for us as a captain and as a player.”

Thursday’s terrifying encounter wasn’t the only time Kolasinac has defended his pal.
Their bond led to another bond as Ozil’s partner, Amine, and Kolasinac’s, Bella, also became close friends.
And this summer both couples got married and attended each other’s wedding.
Amine, a former Miss Turkey, posted a photo of the quartet together at the Kolasinac bash to her £2.4million Instagram followers.
She wrote: “Congratulations to the beautiful couple Mrs. & Mr. Kolasinac.
“We wish you a wonderful journey as you build your new life together, lots of love.”
The two newly wed wives may have been shocked when both men returned home from work with a silver look.
Kolasinac and Ozil had placed a wager with team-mate Alexandre Lacazette in a crossbar challenge, with the losers dying their hair grey.

The German told Sports Direct Football: “I lost a bet. Or we lost a bet against Laca.
“Crossbar challenge yeah. Me, Sead and Shkodran Mustafi so we lost all together.”
If he had to lose with someone, it would have to be Kolasinac, his best friend and rescuer.
