"Many Photos" - ISIS fighter’s twin brother, 22, stabbed to death after Brighton car crash

THE twin brother of a teenager who died fighting with ISIS in Syria has been stabbed to death in Brighton.

Two of Abdul Deghayes brothers were killed fighting with Islamists in Syria.

The 22-year-old convicted drugs dealer was stabbed on Saturday night following a road collision in central Brighton.

Sussex Police said Abdul was found brutally stabbed to death in the passenger seat of a car near The Level, a area of the city notorious for drug dealing.
