DANCING On Ice star Ashley Banjo cuddled up to wife Francesca’s baby bump in a sweet Instagram snap today.
The dancer revealed the couple are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of their little one as their due date is just days away.
Sharing a snap of Fran’s huge baby bump as they chilled in bed, Ashley admitted the pair are now desperate to meet their baby daughter.
He enthused: “Waking up early every morning – Just patiently waiting for the bump to become a baby… Any moment now… #babybanjo.”
The couple – who married in 2015 – had their final scan earlier this month and have been enjoying their final days as a family of two.
Ashley and Fran first shared their news on Instagram back in October, with Ashley writing: “I am so excited to finally share the news that we are having a baby!!
“Now the time has come to finally say this out loud I have no idea what to say! I don’t know if words alone can explain how full of joy and happiness we both are.
“It has been a more difficult journey to this point than most people know but we are now here with one of the most precious gifts in the world… A little girl!”
Last month the couple pulled out the stops with an incredible baby shower and invited their closest family and friends to celebrate with them.
The proud daddy-to-be posted a photo of him and Francesca on Instagram and told fans he loved his wife and baby daughter “more than words can say”.
