A HOST of stars could be set to quit Europe and return to then Premier League… if the UK goes for a no deal Brexit.
Today, following Theresa May’s crushing defeat, ESPN have reported around 800,000 Brits may lose their right to work on the European mainland.
The prime minister put her deal to a vote in Parliament, but lost with a devastating 432 MPs out of 636 voting to kill off the withdrawal agreement.
But with British citizens facing being kicked out of the new homes in Spain, France, Italy and beyond – no-one is set to be exempt.
…Not even mega-rich, superstar footballers. We take a look at which players could be affected should a no deal Brexit go through….
GARETH BALE
FORMER Tottenham forward Bale could finally be forced into the arms of Manchester United should a no deal Brexit be enforced.
Currently at Real Madrid, he wouldn’t be able to work in Spain, all but assuring a return to the Premier League.
JADON SANCHO

BLOSSOMING in Germany after quitting Manchester City, Sancho‘s career could stall if shipped back to England.
Sancho is on the books of Borussia Dortmund now, but may have to find a new home in the Prem later this year.
What is a no-deal Brexit?
A no-deal British departure from the European Union means leaving without formal arrangements for the future relationship.
Currently Britain’s trade, customs and immigration rules are tied up with the single market and a host of EU regulatory bodies.
Ministers are seeking a legal deal to replace these with looser arrangements so we are outside the single market and customs union but keeping close ties so cross-border trade is easy.
Negotiations are ongoing under Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty ahead of the UK’s exit on March 29, 2019.
Some fear these talks could collapse without a deal agreed before the deadline.
This could mean the UK being treated as a “third country” by the EU with commerce governed by World Trade Organisation (WTO) rules.
It’s reported DUP leader Arlene Foster believes the UK is set to leave the EU without a deal at all.
Leaked emails say the Northern Irish leader was left furious after “hostile and difficult” meetings with the EU boss Michel Barnier.
She is poised for talks to collapse totally between Britain and the EU, which would mean we would leave with no deal at all, the Observer reported.
On January 6, Boris Johnson claimed that a No Deal Brexit is the “closest to what people voted for” in the referendum.
He also urged Cabinet Ministers to mirror the British public’s “optimism and self-confidence” for the possible exit scenario.

MARCUS McGUANE
THE former Arsenal midfielder made a bold move last year when he joined Spanish giants Barcelona.
However, he’s thriving in their B team and is being tipped for a big future in Spain… unless that’s scuppered by a no deal Brexit.
JONATHAN PANZO
AFTER spending his youth career at Chelsea, Panzo opted to make a clean break from the club rather than become one of an army of stars shipped out on loan.
The five-cap England Under-19 international has worked his way from Monaco’s second-string team to the first-team squad with a bright future in Ligue 1, politics permitting.
CALLUM HUDSON-ODOI
OF COURSE, Hudson-Odoi is still on the books of Chelsea, but a move to Bayern Munich appears to be edging ever closer.
The flying winger may need to reconsider leaving Stamford Bridge… as he may be out of a club if he left for Europe and a no deal Brexit came into force.
