"Many Photos" - Tiny flat with LESS space than a Transit van at just 67 square feet hits market for £95,000

A tiny London flat has gone on sale for £95,000 - but is no bigger than a Ford Transit van.

The puny pad Hampstead Village, in the west of the capital, is just 67 sq ft packed with a sink, desk and toilet. Images from estate agents Amberden do not show a bed in the flat, which costs £1,417 per square foot.

The flat, in West London's Hampstead village - previously the summer residence of John Constable - costs almost double the average price per square foot in the surrounding NW3 postcode. It has one main room and a separate toilet.

The listing says the property is situated on Willoughby Road Hampstead Village and is 'surrounded by boutiques'. However, the interior (pictured) is minuscule 

The flat, in West London's Hampstead village, costs almost double the average price per square foot in the surrounding NW3 postcode. It is located in this property (with the grey door) although it is not clear what floor it is on 

The average price-per square foot for property in NW3 is £804 per square foot - according to property website Find Property.

Amberden referred to the property as a 'studio flat' in an advertisement on Rightmove.com where it is named 'the mezzanine room'
