CAROLINE Flack and her ex-fiance Andrew Brady have amicably settled their custody battle over their shared dog Ruby, with Andrew said to have given the pooch up.
The former Apprentice star was happy to give the TV presenter full-time custody of Ruby as he has now moved to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.

Andrew, 28, and 39-year-old Caroline were at loggerheads over their pet when they first split last summer.
The pair eventually decided to share custody of her before rekindling their romance.
They split for good in December, but the custody arrangement was much simpler this time around.
Speaking to The Mirror, an insider explained: “There was no custody battle over the dog.

“Ruby is now with Caroline full time.”
Caroline enjoyed spending Christmas with the pup, sharing photos of Ruby on her social media page – also concerning fans when she revealed that the dog had needed an emergency trip to the vets.
However, the Love Island presenter reassured her followers that Ruby is now on the mend.

Meanwhile, Andrew has attempted to start a new life for himself in Australia, asking for work Down Under on a backpacker’s Facebook page.
The reality star revealed that he is currently in Sydney in the post, offering himself up for cattle farm work or fruit picking in order to make himself eligible to stay in Oz beyond the 12-month Working Holiday Visa.
Caroline and Andrew’s whirlwind romance was tumultuous from the start, with the former couple getting engaged in April after three months of dating.

They then split in July and were on-again, off-again for a few months before permanently parting ways just before Christmas.
Caroline told The Sun Online at the time: “I like him but I think we’re both doing what we need to do at the minute.
“We’re both looking after our own heads and doing our own thing. That’s really important.”
