TRAINER Kayley Woollacott has her eyes on the prize with top novice chaser Lalor.
The Betway ambassador is gearing the seven-year-old up for a tilt at the Arkle at the Cheltenham Festival in March.
The gelding was a Grade 1 winner as a novice hurdler and made the perfect start to life over fences when easily winning a Grade 2 at Cheltenham in November.
He has subsequently tasted defeat at Sandown when third in the Henry VIII Novice Chase on 8 December.
That came on heavy ground, though, and he remains the general 5-1 favourite for the Arkle on 12 March.
In the second part of Betway’s video series, Woollacott and owner David Staddon reflect on Lalor’s chasing career to date.
