MANCHESTER UNITED legends Gary Neville and Roy Keane have slammed Jesse Lingard for launching his clothing brand just days before the Liverpool clash.
The pair were speaking on Sky Sports ahead of the tie between the bitter rivals – which kicks off at 4pm at Anfield.

And Neville couldn’t hid his frustration that the flamboyant winger launched his brand on the week of their match with their biggest rivals, rather than before a less high-profile fixture.
He said: “I’ve got no problems with him launching a clothing range to be honest with you.
“But before Liverpool away in the biggest match of the season, don’t launch a clothes brand. Not this week. Do it before Fulham.
“I’m not having a go at him for his character because players should have other careers, they should do other things, but you just see that little thing and think: “Not this week, not this week, not this week.”

“It’s Liverpool, concentrate on Liverpool, no distractions, no disruptions.”
Outspoken pundit Keane agreed with his former team-mate, saying he believes it shows the weakness of the United dressing room at the moment.
He said: “If it was a good strong dressing room that wouldn’t be tolerated.
“That’s why I worry about the United dressing room, that wouldn’t be tolerated in a good dressing room for a young player who’s still learning his trade.

“And again he could be the nicest kid in the world, I don’t know the lad, but if you’re coming up with all that nonsense – and if people say, you should be doing other stuff outside of football, I don’t think you should.
“Football should be your number one priority.
“Focus on the game, don’t hide behind your cars or your tattoos or your girlfriends or your agents.
“Play the game, you can do all that stuff when you retire.”

Lingard launched his new line “Be Yourself” on Monday and was supported on his big night by team-mates Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba, as well as City ace Raheem Sterling.
But there is no doubting the Old Trafford faithful will be on the side of their legends Neville and Keane as their side trail their bitter rivals and table toppers Liverpool by 16 points.
And on Saturday, there was more bad news for Red Devils fans as SunSport exclusively revealed that Mourinho has lost 90% of his squad.
