PROPERTY website Rightmove has revealed its most popular UK homes on its website this year.
From a castle in the Scottish Highlands to a swanky new build in London, all these properties come with one hefty price tag.
The most expensive property that’s caught people’s attention is a £7million country estate in Devon, which was formerly occupied by an English poet.
Even the cheapest house on the list, a Grade B listed castle in Scotland, is on the market for an eye watering £730,000.
Hale, Manchester – £5million
This stunning six-bedroom detached house, named Green Meadows, is currently on the market for a cool £5million.
The huge 10,000sq ft house is located in the village of Hale in Greater Manchester – one the most sought after locations in the area.
It’s surrounded by landscaped grounds and features a secured gated entrance.
Inside you’ll find contemporary designed interiors with an Italian influence, spanning over four floors with four main reception areas and breakfast kitchen.
There’s also a whole range of impressive bespoke features including under floor heating on every level and a comprehensive audio system.
Glenborrodale Castle, Scotland – £3.75million

St Albans, Hertfordshire – Price on Application

Rightmove hasn’t revealed the price as it’s only available on application but the luxurious house definitely offers a wow factor.
It covers approximately 10,000sq ft and a pristine landscaped garden.

The College, Devon – £7million
Buyers looking to venture down to the coast can snap up this grand mansion for £7m.

Chelsea, London – £1.85million
On the outside it may not seem like much, but when you step inside this four-bedroom house you’ll be impressed by its eclectic design.
It reflects the outgoing style of its previous owner, the photographer and designer Henry Wilson who was inspired by his love of India.
At the moment it’s arranged as two flats but is offering the new owner a chance to convert them into one house.
