Danny Rose admitted earlier this week Spurs are looking forward to the return as they grew frustrated with playing at Wembley.
The defender said playing at the national stadium “did not feel like an honour any more” following their lowest attendance on Wednesday night in the 3-1 victory over Southampton.
He said: “We’re all itching to get in the new stadium and hopefully it’s not too much longer.

“It’s just not nice any more. It’s lost its… I don’t feel it’s an honour to play at Wembley.
“The atmosphere is a bit flat.
“I obviously sympathise with the fans, travelling further to come to Wembley but it’s the lowest attendance since we’ve been at Wembley. That speaks volumes.”
Tottenham plan to test the £850million before the anticipated January return with an exclusive event for 5,000 season ticket holders scheduled on December 16.
