Taking to Instagram, the brunette shared a sweet snap of Henley laying down on a fluffy mat with some wooden toys above him.
'Four weeks with this little ball of perfection!,' Nadia's post began.
'It's true what they say, it's definitely easier the second time around you know what to expect and I can actually leave the house.'

'But Henley has reflux so it's been bloody hard at the same time.
She joked: 'What is sleep?!?!'
Nadia and AFL star husband Jimmy Bartel, 34, welcomed Henley on October 17.
'Our hearts exploded when Henley Roy Bartel came into the world today weighing 3.98kgs,' Nadia wrote on Instagram at the time, sharing a snap of herself holding Henley in her arms in hospital, with Jimmy gazing at him affectionately.
The pair also share son Aston, two, together.

Her second pregnancy wasn't easy, with Nadia revealing that she was 'house bound' and suffered from pubic symphysis issues or PSD.
It's estimated that 1 in 300 pregnant women suffer Symphysis Pubis Disorder, which occurs when the bones which form the front of the pelvis become unstable.
'But here I am, unable to move, pretty much house bound because every time I stand or take a step I have sharp nerve pain shooting up my front and back, my hips click when I take a step and feel wobbly and ache,' she wrote online shortly before giving birth.
'I waddle and I limp- this is all because of my pelvic girdle pain (also known as pubic symphysis dysfunction or PSD) I didn't listen to my body this pregnancy and kept pushing through. The last month has been particularly hard.'
