Bill Cosby arrived in court on Monday to start his sentencing hearing in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
The disgraced actor, 81, was not joined by his wife Camille or any other family members as he made his way into the courtroom accompanied by only his spokesperson Andrew Wyatt and publicist Ebonee Benson.
Cosby, who was declared a sexually violent predator by the state's sex-offender board, appeared to be carefree and in high spirits despite the occasion, and at one point smiled and then pointed and waved at a crowd of protesters outside the court.
Kristen Dudley, a psychologist and member of the offender board, testified Monday in court and stated that Cosby had a disorder which makes him inclined to sleep with non-consenting women.
Dudley testified that Cosby would not speak with the board so they researched his files, add determined that Cosby 'befriends women and during the course of the friendship is able to supply them with drugs and or alcohol to sedate them,' at which point the alleged assaults occur.
She later noted that these behaviors are 'beyond the control' of Cosby, and that he is 'inclined' and 'urged' to act upon these acts for the 'sole purpose of his sexual gratification.'
As a result, Dudlery said that the board had determined Cosby would very likely offend again with another young woman.
The judge dismissed an initial attempt by the defense to cancel the sex offender portion of the hearing, which they argued was unconstitutional.

Cane, but able: The Sexual Offenders Assessment Board also expected to speak and explain why they determined the actor to be a 'sexually violent predator' (Cosby above with the walking stick he uses on occasion)

J-A-I-L-O: Cosby and his team have taken issue with the idea that he may be required to register as a sex offender in the wake of the board determining him to be a 'predator'
He is facing 30 years in prison after he was found guilty on three counts of aggravated indecent assault, though it is likely he would serve the sentences for all three counts concurrently.
At his current age, almost any sentence will likely be be tantamount to life in prison. He would be incarcerated in the county prison if he is given less than two years as a sentence, and state prison if given any more time.
If Cosby is sent to state prison it will be the State Correctional Institution in Phoenix, and there is a very slight chance that he could avoid prison for the time being as his lawyers are sure to appeal the ruling regardless of the Judge Steven O'Neill's decision.
Cosby had been under house arrest at his estate in nearby Elkins Park ever since a jury found him guilty of drugging and molesting Constand in 2004, while she was an employee at Temple University at the time.
He was also been outfitted with an electronic monitoring bracelet and may only leave his home to victim his lawyer or doctor.
Ahead of his sentencing, Cosby was examined by the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, who declared him to a sexually violent predator.
His defense team had hoped to fight that classification, but the judge is expected to uphold the board's findings, meaning that Cosby will have to register as a sex offender.

The five other women who testified at Cosby's trial will not deliver victim impact statements it was decided, though they were granted permission to speak.
Janice Dickinson, Janice Baker-Kinney, Lise-Lotte Lublin, Heidi Thomas and Chelan Lash all testified on behalf of the prosecution, who had hoped to have over 50 of the actor's accusers take the stand during the sentencing hearing.
Dicksinon was seen arriving in court on Monday, and Lasha and Lubin were seen outside posing for a group photo.
Those three women later went inside the courtroom along with Cosby accusers including Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Lili Bernard.
Constand arrived in court with her sister and parents on Monday, and earlier that morning tweeted: 'Be wrathful, but do not sin; do not let the sun set while you are still angry; do not give the Devil an opportunity. Ephesians 4: 26.'
It was a rare post for Constand, who on Saturday also shared an image of her hands cupped around the sun.
Constand also liked a tweet just one hour before she was due in court that read: 'The Devil whispered in my ear, "You're not strong enough to withstand the storm." Today I whispered in the Devil's ear, "I am the storm."'
After Constand arrived in court she could be seen hugging the other accusers, and one woman passed a piece of jewelry to Coinstand's mother Gianna.
Constand testified in court that Cosby gave her wine and pills and then sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious.
'I got scared,' Constand told police of the alleged assault. 'I had no strength in my legs. They felt rubbery and like jelly. I felt spacey. Everything was blurry or dizzy. I had no thought to call 911.'
She later told police: 'I told him, "I can't even talk, Mr. Cosby." I started to panic.'
Constand claims she arrived at Cosby's home on the night in question and was greeted by the actor, who was wearing a sweatsuit.
The two spoke about Constand's future, and she told Cosby she was feeling 'drained' and 'emotionally occupied.'
That is when Cosby allegedly went upstairs and returned with three blue pills. telling Constand: 'These will make you feel good. The blue things will take the edge off.'

Constand claims she then asked if the pills were herbal, to which Cosby replied: 'Yes. Down them. Put 'em down. Put them in your mouth.'
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Cosby then told Constand to have some wine, and soon after she began to have trouble speaking and seeing.
Cosby then allegedly told her to lie down on the couch, and soon after, according to the affidavit of probable hearing, was 'fondling her breasts, put his hands into her pants, and penetrated her vagina with his fingers'.
He also allegedly took her hand and placed it on his erect penis.
Constand claims she woke up hours later around 4am and realized her bra was undone and above her breasts and that her sweater was bunched up.
As she made her way to the door she claims Cosby was standing there in a robe and holding a muffin, which he handed to her as she left while saying: 'Alright.'
Constand, the former director of operations for Temple's women's basketball team and a one time college basketball star herself, launched a legal suit against Cosby, a man she called her 'mentor', in March 2005.
She said she first met Cosby, a Temple alum, in November 2002 and the pair became friends and she was a frequent guest at dinner parties at his home.
The case against him emerged just days before Pennsylvania's 12-year statute of limitation deadline for pressing charges was about to run out and despite a previous DA declining to charge Cosby a decade ago.
Cosby previously said under oath that he had consensual sexual contact with Constand.
