"Many Photos" - Mick Jagger flashes a smile as he recuperates in Miami

Mick Jagger has been spotted flashing a smile in Miami just one day after the Rolling Stones were forced to postpone their latest tour following his mystery health concerns.

The 75-year-old was joined by his bandmates on Sunday on the balcony of an oceanfront hotel in Miami Beach where he is recuperating following the news of his illness.

Jagger and the band revealed a day earlier that doctors had advised him not to go on the tour, which was due to start on April 20 in Miami.

The rock icon had undergone a routine scan that alerted doctors to an unexpected issue that could require hospital treatment.

No other details about Jagger's condition were provided.

Despite being ordered to rest, Jagger is said to have told friends he 'feels great' and that he is already 'bored' of taking it easy, sources told The Sun.

'He's massively frustrated, he wants to be getting back out there and at this moment in time he's feeling absolutely fine,' the source said.

'Of course he has taken the medical advice on board, but he looks after himself well and feels totally capable at this moment in time.

'He's optimistic he won't be laid up for long and at the moment he's just hanging out in Miami with the other guys.'

In addition to his bandmates, Jagger is joined in Miami by his 32-year-old girlfriend Melanie Hamrick.
