'Tis the season to spice up your love life.
But many couples often fall into the busy trap of visiting families, hosting gatherings or looking after the children over the festive season.
However, there are things you can do to keep the romance alive between the sheets.
Here, Australian sexologist Jacqueline Hellyer shared her tips to bringing the spark back into the bedroom if you find yourself strapped for time.

'Sex life is not all about your genitals, it's about the support, love and connection - so focus on that,' Jacqueline told The Morning Show.
She encouraged couples to explore their sexual fantasies.
'Try to be a little adventurous, share your fantasies, you might like sex on the beach or under the stars or sex at a tourist attraction,' she said.
Despite being the busiest time of the year, Jacqueline said there's simple ways to bring the intimacy back to your relationship.

'You know that nice feeling? That loved up feeling between the two of you, keep it going and look at each other,' she said.
She also suggested getting a 'sexy lingerie' for the special occasion and enjoy a passionate kiss in the spare bedroom without anyone knowing.
And with 2019 fast approaching, Jacqueline said it was a good time to think about your New Years resolution for your relationship.
'It's about us, keep it going for an entire year, prioritise us. Make sure you're going to spend time regularly every day preferably, cultivating your relationship,' she said.
