MO SALAH will not face any respective action after he was accused of diving in Liverpool’s victory over Newcastle.
Kop fears were mounting their Egyptian superstar would be banned for crunch clashes with Arsenal and Manchester City after the incident yesterday.

But the 26-year-old has been cleared by The FA after they reviewed the footage.
Salah collapsed in a heap to win a 47th-minute penalty when Paul Dummett touched the Liverpool star’s left arm in the 4-0 win over Newcastle.
Last term’s Golden Boot winner got up to steer home his 12th Prem goal and help keep the Reds six points clear at the top of the table.
But an FA panel met today to decide if referee Graham Scott was ‘deceived’ when he awarded the spot-kick and found he had not.
Toon boss Rafa Benitez was raging afterwards, saying: “A soft penalty changed everything and now I have to explain why we conceded four goals.”
If the panel – made up of one ex-ref, an ex-manager and an ex-player – had unanimously concluded there was “clear and overwhelming evidence that the player intentionally deceived the match officials” then Salah would have been slapped with a two-game ban.
MARK HALSEY'S VIEW
MO SALAH should face a two-match ban if the simulation panel are consistent.
Newcastle defender Paul Dummett does put his hand on Salah’s arm, but the Liverpool forward does not need to go to ground in that manner and it is an act of simulation.
Oumar Niasse and Manuel Lanzini were given two-game suspensions for ‘deception of a match official’ last season.
Salah has gone to ground just as easily as they did and could easily face the same punishment.
The authorities need to act quickly because incidents like this are happening too often in the best league in the world.
