MANCHESTER CITY proudly debuted their new third kit against Wolves in the Premier League Asia Trophy final – and it’s fair to say, Twitter is not a fan.
Supporters have compared the orange and yellow effort to sweets, ice lollies and, of course, vomit.
The colourful strip may even be putting the players off, as Raheem Sterling was trolled for a wild penalty against Wolves.
Man City recently revealed their alternative jersey for the season, with fans being asked to shell out £65 – the joint-highest in the league – for the luxury.
But it’s fair to assume not many will take the club up on that offer, if Twitter is to be believed.
One social media user wrote: “Don’t lie to yourself bruh… That kit looks like organised vomit!”
Another said: “Just seen the new Man City away kit in the Asia Trophy. Jeez but that’s offensive to the eyes.”
A third added: “Man city in their new kit looking like a load of fruit salads chasing a ball.”
Here’s how Twitter reacted to the “colourful” new City kit… with comparisons to sweets, ice lollies and, of course, vomit…
