NIGEL TWISTON-DAVIES could be mob-handed in the Betfair Hurdle as he bids to win the race for a third time.
His Al Dancer heads a field of 55 for the star-studded race on February 9.

The son of Al Namix has won three on the trot so far this season, with a dominating win at Cheltenham last time proving that he possesses plenty of dash.
Although hit hard by the handicapper for that victory, Twiston-Davies believes he’s been underestimated.
He said: “We do try to have runners in the Betfair Hurdle as it is a nice race to win. Al Dancer is being aimed at the race. It’s become a good race for horses that have not quite been caught (by the handicapper).”
The trainer’s son, Sam, who’s ridden the grey to all three of his victories this campaign, said: “He’s a novice who has done well so far this season.

“Going into a handicap like this would be good experience for him. The long-term dream is that he will be good enough for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at Cheltenham and the Betfair Hurdle will tell us exactly where we are with him.”
The trainer could also field Ballymoy and Mr Antolini in the race, as well as former winners Splash Of Ginge and Ballyandy.
He added: “John Neild wanted me to enter Splash of Ginge. If it became very soft he could run and we could possibly run Ballyandy as well, so we could have two of our former winners there.”
Also entered for the race is favourite Getaway Trump, who was last seen finishing second in the Challow Hurdle at the end of last month.

The six-year-old would bid to become the Ditcheat maestro’s first winner of the race since Zarkandar in 2012.
Former Triumph Hurdle also-ran Apple’s Shakira has been put in the contest, as has fellow mare Countister.
Both represent a strong challenge from trainer Nicky Henderson, who also has Style De Garde and We Have A Dream entered in the £87,219 event.
Other major contenders include Didtheyleaveuoutto, Monsieur Lecoq and Global Citizen.
