LAURYN Goodman has opened up about her “reality check” after her boyfriend Dane Rashford was robbed in an armed heist, saying: “The world can be so cruel”.
The sister of Ex On The Beach star Chloe shared a touching quote after news broke of her partner’s terrifying ordeal at the weekend.
The 27-year-old told fans: “Today was a reality check, the world can be so cruel.”
She then shared the message: “Be grateful for every secound of every day that you get to spend with the people you love.
“Life is so very precious.”
Dane – the brother of Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford – was caught up in the terrifying drama inside a cafe-restaurant on Saturday morning alongside Liverpool ace Trent Alexander-Arnold’s brother Taylor.
They were pistol-whipped and robbed of their luxury cars after a six-strong gang burst into the Littlerock Caribbean restaurant in Moss Side, Manchester.

The two men were stripped of designer watches, jewellery and their wallets before the gang – also wielding a machete and baseball bat – demanded the keys to their top-of-the-range cars.
Dane’s white Range Rover and Taylor’s white BMW3 series – worth around £100,000 – were used as getaway cars and both men needed hospital treatment.
Lauryn, 27 joined Dane in Russia last summer to cheer on Marcus as he helped England make the semi-finals.
