AMY Barlow’s baby bombshell will send shockwaves through Coronation Street next week as her parents Tracy Barlow and Steve McDonald desperately try to find out who got their daughter pregnant.
But while Tracy and Steve are playing detectives and accusing everyone from Aadi Alahan to Simon Barlow of being the father, Amy decides to have a little chat with Faye Windass.
Long-term Corrie fans will remember that Faye – who is played by Ellie Leach in the ITV soap – gave birth to a daughter she named Miley back in 2015 when she was just 13-years-old.
As the girls have a heart-to-heart about pregnancy and giving birth, Faye gives Amy – Elle Mulvaney – food for thought about having the pregnancy terminated.
This comes after Amy and Tracy are stunned when the schoolgirl is told she has to have a scan before she can be given the abortion pill.
The scan reveals Amy to be 10 weeks pregnant and she’s horrified to learn she would need to have a surgical termination at this later stage.

The Sun Online revealed last month that Amy will go through with the pregnancy and beg her mum and dad to adopt the tot after giving birth.
A TV source revealed: “It’s not long after giving birth that Amy decides she doesn’t want to be responsible for the baby. It’s tougher than she ever thought it could be.
Although it’s hard she decides to put the tot up for adoption.
“When she talks to Tracy and Steve about it, they decide they should keep the baby in the family and bring her up as their own.”
