SHE danced her way to victory on last night’s final, but it seems the best is yet to come for Stacey Dooley as insiders have revealed that her win could catapult her career in 2019.
The 31-year-old is best known as an investigative journalist on the BBC, where she has been undercover to look into a variety of different topics.

However, insiders have told The Mirror that the presenter could become a mainstream star with her own show and are keen to keep her in the loop.
They said: “Bosses are really impressed with the way she has been received by the public thanks to her down-to-earth, bubbly nature.
“They know other broadcasters will have their eye on her so are keen to keep her at the Beeb.
“They don’t want to lose her to a competitor – like what happened with Susanna Reid.”

Just a few weeks ago The Sun Online revealed that there was speculation that Stacey was being groomed for greatness by the BBC.
At just 31, she was already working for the BBC before appearing on the show and has an MBE to her name.
Her TV break came aged just 20 after she responded to an advert for fashion-conscious young women to appear in the 2008 BBC3 documentary Blood, Sweat And T-Shirts.

She travelled to India to witness the child labour inside sweatshops and could not hide her emotions from the camera.
But despite her big win live on TV yesterday evening, fans began speculating that her win wasn’t all it seemed after they spotted that This Morning’s TV schedule already revealed that Stacey and her dance partner Kevin would be on the show to chat to Eammon Holmes and Ruth Langsford on Monday.
One fumed: “Funny how they were already booked on this morning, got given their best dance, were the second dancers who always win… Is that a Fix I hear????”
