FLOYD MAYWEATHER is preparing to face Japanese sensation Tenshin Nasukawa.

The 50-0 American is one of the greatest pound-for-pound fighters of all time – but the result of the bout won’t count towards his pro record.

It was first announced in November that Mayweather would fight Nasukawa

What is an exhibition match?

MAYWEATHER and Nasukawa are fighting over three rounds in their clash at Rizin 14.

It will be fought under traditional boxing rules, so the Japanese star cannot employ his kicks or MMA moves.

As an exhibition, the bout is purely a showcase of the fighters skills and will not count on any professional record.

Money goes into the fight 50-0 during his career – and will emerge from the ring in Saitama with that tag regardless of what happens.

To Mayweather, this is a case of him returning as a thank-you to fight fans and putting on a show.

He said: “It is all about the entertainment. Nine minutes of entertainment, I’m in the entertainment business.

“Rules? It’s gonna be a little boxing exhibition. No kicking. I’m moving around with the guy for nine minutes, and of course it’s gonna be the highest paid exhibition ever.

“It’s a no-brainer. Just because I’m retired from boxing, I still make appearances worldwide and make a ton of money.”

BOTH fighters are set for a big pay-day regardless of the result of the fight, which is being fought without a judge.

As such, if it goes the distance of three rounds there will be no official winner.

Mayweather is expected to pocket £69million for the nine minutes he will spend in the ring with Nasukawa.

Around £49m of that cash comes from the Rizin Fighting Federation, who are hosting the evening of MMA, kickboxing and boxing action just north of Tokyo.

And the remaining £20m will come in the form of broadcast deals and PPV sales.

As yet, there is no PPV agreement with any broadcaster for the fight available to buy in the UK.

To achieve her kick-ass figure, Hayden – who plays cheerleader Claire Bennet in Heroes – follows the ‘quartering’ rule. She eats only a quarter of the food on her plate, then waits 20 minutes before deciding whether she needs to eat again.

Hayden says: “I don’t have a model’s body, but I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m OK with what I have.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”
