New photo EastEnders’ Dot Cotton in ‘mortal danger’ as Stuart Highway is ALIVE – and back in her house

EASTENDERS fans fear Dot Cotton is in “mortal danger” after Stuart Highway appeared from the shadows in her house during tonight’s episode.

Many viewers believed the twisted psychopath had been beaten to death by Mick Carter last week but there was no such luck.

EastEnders’ Stuart Highway isn’t dead and has been hiding out at Dot Cotton’s since Mick Carter beat him to within an inch of his life

Instead, as Dot sat in her living room pondering what to watch on the box – Stuart’s bloodied and bruised face suddenly appeared from the shadows.

While viewers jumped out of their skins, Dot wasn’t at all fazed by his presence.

And that’s because Stuart has been hiding out in her house since Mick beat him half to death.

Dot affectionately chided Stuart as they started to talk and insisted he stay and eat Christmas dinner with her.

Last week viewers became convinced the psychopath was going to be the one who dies during tomorrow night’s special episode

After Mick locked him in the boot of a car and beat the living daylights out of him

Sneering, he replied: “Well, I suppose I am starting to like Walford…”

As Dot smiled on, viewers admitted they were terrified she was going to be Stuart’s next victim.

One tweeted: “Omg, Stuart gave me the creeps then! I don’t think Mick knows he’s with Dot!”

Another mused: “I’m hearing Stuart going to kill Dot!”

So tonight when he popped out of the shadows at Dot’s house, viewers jumped out of their skins

And now viewers are worried it’s Walford legend Dot that’s going to be leaving Albert Square in a body bag

While a third told their followers: “F**kity f**k f**k f**k! The Devil is back to tempt Dot…….!”

Viewers know that someone does die in tomorrow night’s Christmas Day special but EastEnders bosses have kept the victim’s identity a closely guarded secret.

Tonight’s action packed episode also saw Phil Mitchell delivering Kim Fox-Hubbard’s baby – with hilarious results.
