CASEY Batchelor has announced she’s released a fitness DVD after losing 4 stone following the birth of her baby daughter seven months ago.
The former glamour model showed off the incredible results after following Casey’s Yoga Blitz – 90 Day Challenge.
Casey, 34, released the glam new video to her 600,000 followers, vowing to her fans that they too can “blitz away their fat”.
Standing in a plunging silver bikini that showed off her impressive body transformation, Casey revealed the secrets of her incredible weightloss.
Speaking confidently to the camera, Casey explained: “I was 12 stone and at 5’2 technically obese.
“And this is me now after I yoga blitzed four stone away.”
Speaking about her body transformation, Casey added: “As a trained yoga teacher I decided to blitz the fat so I combined easy yoga moves with high intensity fat burning exercises.
“It really worked, I lost 5 pounds in the first week and now I want to share this weight loss plan with you.
“You get 12 weeks of workouts each one broken down into fun five minute routines plus the eating plan is delicious.”
Clearly thrilled with the results, she added: “Boy was it worth it – I’ve got my waist back, so what have you got to lose? Other than your love handles!”
Casey shared the news with her Instagram followers and told them: “Loads of you have been following my weight loss journey over the last 6 months – I’ve actually lost 4 stone now so I’m really happy with that.
“I know you’ve been asking me how I’ve done it.
“This is something I’m really excited about and really proud of because I devised it all myself , so I really hope you like it.”
The former Celebrity Big Brother star has been on a mission to get back in shape after giving birth to daughter Florence in May.
Casey has shed four stone since giving birth seven months ago, keeping fans updated with her progress online.
She said it wasn’t “easy” juggling mummy duties with “fat burning yoga”, when all she wanted to do was “drown in wine”
