AUDRINA Patridge has finalised her bitter divorce from Corey Bohan after just 10 months of marriage.
The 33-year-old The Hills star was granted a judgment of dissolution in Orange County on Wednesday.
The Blast reports that the pair were keen to take the bitter split out of the courts and will instead use a private mediator to negotiate the terms of the agreement.
Although Audrina currently has primary custody of her and Corey’s two-year-old daughter Kirra Max, a final custody agreement is still to be met – as well as the child support payment terms.
Audrina previously took out a restraining order on Corey following a “domestic violence incident”, with TMZ reporting at the time that he had shoved the star while she was holding their baby, threatening suicide, and “repeatedly harassing her while she was working”.
Writing in legal documents, Audrina said that she was “fearful of Corey’s temper”, adding: “He cannot control his swearing and personal attacks on me, even when in the presence of our young daughter.”
Due to the nature of the former couple’s split, they have been ordered to stay more than 100 yards away from each other “except for the brief and peaceful exchange of the parties’ daughter, Kirra Max Patridge Bohan”.
Corey has attempted to ban Audrina from featuring the toddler on the reality show that made her famous, filing documents that requested “neither party allow the minor child to be filmed or to appear in any reality television production without the express, written consent of the other parent” and “any prior consent for the minor child to appear on ‘The Hills’ reboot to be revoked and proof of revocation to be provided”.
He also added a request for “a specific order restraining Audrina from allowing Kirra to appear on any reality television program including, without limitation, ‘The Hills’ without my prior written consent”.
This isn’t the first time that Corey has slammed the mother of his child for featuring Kirra on the show, previously ranting on his private Instagram account: “I refuse to think it’s ok for our 2yr old daughter Kirra Bohan to be shown & exploited on reality TV.
“Not just my child by anyone’s for that matter. This is about our daughter Kirra Bohan.”
Audrina’s lawyer confirmed the divorce to E! News, saying in a statement: “Marital status is terminated and property issues resolved.
“The parties are participating in mediation early next year to resolve child custody and Corey’s request for attorney fees.”

The beauty’s legal team previously alleged that Corey had not paid any child support as he “claims to earn only $2,500 a month”.
Speaking about joint custody, they added: “Regarding his request for joint physical custody, he shares an apartment with a male roommate and doesn’t have a separate bedroom for Kirra – not very appropriate accommodations for a two-year-old child.
“He also forgot to note in his application for new orders that he has been under a domestic violence restraining order for a year — which is a factor the court has to weigh in making child custody orders.”
Corey and Audrina first started dating in 2008, tying the knot in Hawaii in November last year.
