Strictly's Shirley Ballas has responded to 'fix' claims after she and her fellow judges read the Lindy-hopathon scores off a 'blank' piece of paper following a technical blunder.
In the wake of the mishap, Shirley posted a photo of her in a glamorous monochrome gown on Twitter and called the technical blunder, as 'live TV'.
She began: 'Hysterical, computers went down, well that's live TV, amazing show this evening. @DarceyOfficial @BrunoTonioli @CraigRevHorwood great team. Thank you to all who tuned in. X'.
Strictly's Shirley Ballas has responded to 'fix' claims after she and her fellow judges read the Lindy-hopathon scores off a 'blank' piece of paper following a technical blunder
The furore began when the celebrities and their professional partners were left confused after their energetic Lindy-hopathon was left in disarray when the judges mixed up their ranking.
At one point, Shirley confused Karen Clifton, 36, for fellow pro Dianne Buswell, 29, when reading out the scores - which led to viewers taking to Twitter in their droves to comment on Karen's 'waspish stare' and 'fix' claims.
Shirley read off a tablet device, that had frozen, and said: 'After an amazing performance, and thank you all for that, I've conferred with my fellow adjudicators...
'Hold on we've lost the board. But anyway I'll keep going.'

Dress to impress like Shirley in Isabell Kristensen
Apart from watching the dancing, one of the main reasons we watch Strictly Come Dancing is to see the judges…
One judge that caught our eye this week, thanks to her stunning gown, was Shirley Ballas! Wearing a dress by couture designer, Isabell Kristensen –who has dressed the likes of Jacqueline Jossa and Carol Vorderman- Shirley’s floor-length number features a flattering strapless design and ruffle skirt adding an elegant focal point to this monochrome look.
With party season right around the corner, you can’t go wrong with this classic colour-palette. So what are you waiting for?
Unfortunately you can’t steal Shirley’s exact style, but follow the link (right) to check out Isabell Kristensen’s website!
If you’re desperate to emulate her look, then the edit below is for you. If you want to splash the cash then go for the Badgley Mischka dress, or why not bag a bargain with Boohoo.

Craig Revel Horwood was handed a piece of paper from a producer and passed it to Shirley, who read: 'Getting seven points, will be Ashley!'
However, the scores were meant to be read from lowest to highest, with Darcey whispering into the head judge's ear: 'Seventh place is for Lauren, read from the bottom'.
Taking the lead, Bruno announced: 'We apologise the board went all berserk so we have to read off the paper. So we start on seventh place. Sorry.'
The blunder caused many to take to Twitter and claim the technical challenge was a 'fix', despite the foursome explaining that they had been blighted from retrieving the marks from an iPad.

One wrote: 'How can the judges cock up the scoring? Where did the piece of paper come from? Why did Claudia think Graeme was 7th? Seems like a lot suspicion. Fix?'
'That hopathon thing is such a scam,' another shared. 'Supposed to be picking at that point in time and yet they haven’t got the paper, which comes from someone else, and then they have got in a right middle, what an absolute fix and shambles.'
A third said: 'What a fix how did the judges who supposedly made the decision not know who they placed where.'
The social media posts comes hours after the judges were left in disarray when a disastrous technical mishap blighted them from retrieving the marks from an iPad.
Annoyed: Viewers took to Twitter in their droves to comment on Karen's 'waspish stare' on Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday night
The incident lead Shirley to forget Karen all together, as she said; 'in fifth place is Charles and Dianne'.
For the challenge, all couples had to compete at the same time on the dancefloor, with the judges ranking them in order of ability.
But things soon turned into chaos when the judges' iPad failed, with Craig Revel Horwood scrambling to find the marks on a piece of paper.
Shirley started off by saying Ashley Roberts came in seventh place but had meant to say Lauren Steadman was the one who had scored the lowest marks in the dance.

She then went on to announce in fifth place was 'Charles and Dianne,' which left Karen looking irked, with Tess Daly rushing to correct the misread mark.
And with Shirley making such a hash of the leaderboard, Bruno Tonioli was forced to takeover, reading out all the results again.
Ashley won the Lindy-hopathon, scoring the maximum seven points, while Lauren scored the lowest mark, retrieving just one point from the dance.
