New photo A squirrel doing tai chi, dancing lizards and a bear with a sore head … these are the winners in the Comedy Wildlife Awards 2018

THE WINNERS of the Comedy Wildlife Awards have been announced and they’re bound to put a smile on your face.

A total of 41 finalists made the shortlist as photographers – both professional and amateurs – caught the wild animals in their natural habitats.

The awards were founded by wildlife photographers and enthusiasts Tom Sullam and Paul Joynson-Hicks.

While the photographs may be funny the awards are used to highlight a much more serious issue.

Working with the Born Free Foundation, the aim is to help preserve the world’s varied wildlife.

Sullam said: “In just three years this competition has gone from hilarious to utterly ridiculous humour – all provided to us by these fantastic animals.”

Nicollette says: “I don’t like diets – I see it, I eat it! I believe in eating healthily with lots of protein, vegetables and carbs to give you energy.”
