RUSSIA has released a bizarre video claiming to have unearthed evidence proving it did not shoot down Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 – four years after the outrage.
An independent inquiry ruled in May a Russian BUK missile blasted the airliner out of the sky killing all 298 people on board in July 2014.

But Vladimir Putin’s regime finally came up with details of its alternative story yesterday, causing fresh hurt for grieving families of the victims.
In bizarre claims Russian military chiefs say they established that the missile was, in fact, supplied to Ukraine’s military in Soviet times.
General Nikolay Parshin said declassified top secret documents showed missile 9D1218869032 was sent in 1986 to a Ukrainian unit now known as 223 Brigade.
The brigade was said to have been based in the town of Stryi and was said to have taken part in the conflict between Ukrainians and Russian-backed forces in 2014.

Russian chiefs said the newly discovered data was “undeniable proof” of Ukraine’s “guilt” in the downing of the Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur.
The claims were made in a bizarre video released by the Kremlin which also alleged that dashcam footage showing the Buk launcher on the back of a truck had been altered.
Russia’s foreign ministry claimed that the lines of perspective were incorrect in the video “proving” the launcher and truck had been added to the footage later.
They even argued that shadows on the film proved that it had been edited after the event.
Other parts of the nearly half hour long video show bizarre simulations Russia argues prove that the Buk launcher was moving in an unnatural way.

Kremlin chiefs have for years denied any role in shooting down MH17, suggesting theories of a BUK missile strike by the Ukrainian army and an air-to-air missile attack.
But Dutch-led international investigators identified a specific Russian military unit as supplying the killer weapon and showed it was brought from the Russian city of Kursk.

Dutch Foreign Minister, Stef Blok, said at the time: “We call on Russia to accept its responsibility and cooperate fully with the process to establish the truth and achieve justice for the victims of flight MH17 and their next of kin.”
Moscow watchers suggested yesterday’s announcement was an attempt to deflect attention from the Skripal Poisoning after two prime suspects’ preposterous cover story last week.
Oleksandr Turchynov, secretary of Ukraine’s Security and Defence Council, said yesterday: “This is yet another failed fake report that the Kremlin made up in order to cover up their crime.”
