LBC listeners got more than they bargained for when listening to a live Brexit report after it was hilariously interrupted by the political editor's four-year-old son.
Host Eddie Mair was left in fits of hysterics when the latest update was cut short after Theo Usherwood's son began wreaking havoc in the background of the call.
What started as a serious Brexit report quickly descended into uncontrollable laughter from both hosts, as the sound of banging and shouting was heard from the naughty child.

Host Eddie Mair was left in fits of hysterics when the latest update was cut short after Theo Usherwood's son began wreaking havoc in the background of the call
When discussing cross-party talks between the Conservatives and Labour Party failing to reach agreement, listeners could hear the sound of gushing water as the four-year-old tried to flood the garden with a hose.
And as Political Editor Usherwood tried to control his son, host Mair quickly stepped in to explain the raucous to viewers.
He said: 'As many listeners have said, when do you get time off and you're speaking to us from home now, never mind Brexit just paint a picture of what's going on in front of you'.
But Usherwood can barely speak for laughing as the sound of running water and his four-year-old giggling can be heard on air.

At one point he shouts at his son, 'Turn the tap off!', as Mair quips that the chaos sounds like the House of Commons

Breathlessly Usherwood says: 'That's my four-year-old Eddie trying to flood the garden.'
Trying to hold back laughter, Mair replies: 'I presumed you explained beforehand that daddy has got to talk on the radio in a moment?'
After deciding to carry on, Mair couldn't help but burst into hysterics as Usherwood tried to pick up where he left off on his Brexit talks.
Listeners were quick to see the funny side on Twitter, with some saying it was 'better than Brexit'.
Another said: 'Wonderful radio, was laughing along with you. Thank you both for this. Perfect Brexit antidote.'

One wrote: 'Best radio I’ve heard in ages and had me in tears! thanks so much I think we all needed the break from Brexit!'
Another quipped: 'Hard to tell the difference between the background noise in your house and that in the House of Commons! Toddlers and gushing water a common theme this week'.
Usherwood also took to Twitter to apologise to viewers for the hilarious moment.
He wrote: Apologies to @LBC listeners who were perhaps expecting some searing Brexit analysis at just before 6pm with @eddiemair....
'Suffice to say the garden has recovered and Usherwood junior is heading for bath time.'
