ARGOS is recalling over a dozen pillows and mattress toppers over fears they are a fire risk.
The affected products come from Downland Bedding Company, and they cost between £12 and £79.
During a routine test, Argos found that the products failed to meet the required level of fire and safety standards, according to a statement.
The Trading Standards website has now also issued the recall, which includes 10 mattress toppers and four pillows. See the box below for a full list.
If you’ve bought the products, you should stop using them immediately and return it to an Argos store for a full refund.
You don’t need to bring your receipt or any other proof of purchase when returning them.

Argos said: “We thank you for your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience.”
The Sun has asked the retailer to confirm how many products are being recalled, whether they were on sale both online and in stores as well as when they were on sale, but we haven’t yet heard back.
Apart from Argos, Downland products are also on sale in retailers such as Studio and Ideal World.
